I primarily practice in the area of personal injury, general civil litigation, non-profit law, real estate litigation and complex commercial litigation. I have represented clients as varied as Japanese national businessmen and businesses, a governmental entity owned by the City of Taipei, large and small real estate developers and contractors, various Hawaii non-profit organizations, Hawaii’s largest dental association, and countless blue-collar individuals. I also represented my father, Frank F. Fasi, former 22-year Mayor of the City and County of Honolulu, in many of his political campaigns.
